<  Longhi de Paolis castle - Fumone

The castle of Fumone is unique for its thousan-year history. At its pinnacle is the remarkable garden constructed on top of the battlements in 1600. The castle hosted pope Celestino VIII, who was imprinosed inside the walls and died at the end of 13th century. The apartment showing now all the beauty of the transformation dued by senator Giuseppe Marchetti Longhi, member of the important noble family who own the castle
