Trastevere district

A tour in Rome can't miss visit Trastevere district. It is the most famous of the district of the city with is medieval alleys and arches, little squares with hundreds of differents views. The tour will start from the Tiberine Island and will continue in St. Cecilia church with his fantastic archaeological subterranean, the medieval sinagogue, the Genua Brotherood courtyard, the medieval housing complex of Mattei's family, the medieval palazzetto degli Anguillara, the splendour of St. Crisogono church and his undergrounds, the charmy area around St. Callisto's square and the beauty of the St. Maria in Trastevere church, the heart of the district with the cosmatesque marble floor and the roman column. We will end our tour at the Settimiana's Gate.
